HOMECARE ESSENTIALS 12: ACCESS TO LAB TESTS

We never had laboratories nearby when we were small; we played it by ear. We knew something was wrong without a blood test or a urinanalysis. Bu we recognize the importance of objective diagnosis, so we feel it is important for Melit to have access to regular lab tests. The one we used is called Cedar Scientific Laboratory Clinic. They send someone to get samples at an affordable cost.

Comatose patients do require regular diagnostic tests.

Yes, we noticed some pus in her urine, and the odor was so foul. We knew before the urinalysis today that she had urinary tract infection. But the test not just confirmed our suspicion, it also revealed the severity.

THIS WE LEARNED ALONG THE WAY:

Sometimes, it is too late. The germs can move so fast that no amount of intuition or medication can go against it.
